TELUS has the right and discretion not to select any participants for the commercialization sprint (the “Sprint”). Selection for the Sprint and/or participation therein does not constitute an undertaking or promise by TELUS to enter into a contractual or any other type of commercial agreement with the selected participant. By submitting an application, participants acknowledge that selection for, or participation in, the Sprint has no monetary or economic value that can be exchanged or claimed from TELUS. As part of the Sprint, TELUS does not undertake and will not be required to provide (a) any monetary/financial contribution or compensation, (b) any TELUS intellectual property or technology, nor (c) any other TELUS resources. TELUS may in its sole discretion terminate the contest and/or the Sprint with immediate effect and without notice, including without limitation if TELUS deems that the participant does not dedicate the appropriate time, expertise or resources. The availability of TELUS’ working team is indicative only and may be subject to change.
